Grilled Cheese, Please! and Cheese Board Workshop

Cheese is, at its core, the ultimate sandwich second fiddle. Except, of course, when it becomes the main course—the big cheese. Cheese expert, wine aficionado and author Laura Werlin will be our special guest at The Resort for a new American West tradition: Sandwich Sensations at The Resort’s fall Visiting Vintner Series. She’ll bring her vast knowledge of all things cheesy as she demos new ways to craft an old American favorite, the grilled cheese sandwich. Now that’s a tasty pairing with, say, a Chappellet Cabernet. Werlin will also host a workshop in which guests will create their own cheese board and even get to keep the Paws Up cutting board they utilize. A perfect demo, just in time for the holidays!
