Luxury Spa Services FAQ

What are the spa hours of operation?
Spa hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We also offer early morning and evening appointments upon request.

How can I make a reservation?
Spa services may be booked by calling Spa Town or Concierge Services or by using the Paws Up App.

Where are you located in the wintertime?
From October through May, the Saddle Club serves as the warm, cozy location for luxury spa services. Paws Up’s Saddle Club is the largest private equestrian center in the state of Montana, featuring a 29,000-square-foot riding arena, along with luxury suites and other amenities. Within this one spectacular facility is seating for 150 spectators, a VIP Sky Box suite with a full bar and enough Western authenticity to fill an arena. The exquisite Saddle Club is a perfect setting for rejuvenating spa services delivered in style.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.

What do I need to bring to the spa?
Yourself. Spa Town will provide a robe and sandals. In addition, we also provide all the amenities for your hair care and body care needs.

Do you offer spa treatments in homes and tents?
We offer in-home treatments. (Add 50% to spa price, except for the Sweet Dreams massage—an in-home fee is already included in price.) Spa treatments are currently not offered in the luxury tents.

Are there showers in the spa?
During the wintertime, there are showers in each treatment room. During the rest of the year, guests may shower at Spa Town® underneath the Ponderosa Pines in one of the two outdoor showers with waterfall shower heads.

Do you offer hair and nail services?
Currently that is an outside service, but we can assist you with arranging for hair and nail services upon request.

What type of interesting services do you have?
We offer treatments for kids, yoga for kids and even pet massages.

What is the tipping policy?
The Resort at Paws Up is a gratuity-free resort. 
Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that you have a memorable vacation. Accordingly, all staff members are well-compensated and highly valued by the management and owners. If you’d like to recognize exemplary service, a kind note, a review on social media or a “thank you” is always appreciated but never expected. We look forward to serving you!

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations made within 24 hours, including “no-shows,” will be charged full treatment price.

Do you have a sauna or steam room?
Currently we do not have a steam room or sauna.

What are your most popular treatments?
The most three requested treatments are the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, the Signature Protein Face Massage and the Chi Balancer Reflexology. See our spa menu for more details.
