Lupe Carroll competed on Season 5 of The Voice, along with fellow Campfire Stars Austin Jenckes and Brian Pounds. He is a bluesy singer-songwriter from Chicago who writes romantic tunes with a quartet of instrumentalists. Carroll began as a solo artist performing in coffee shops and bars in the city. The project has since taken multiple forms: as a quartet and as a duo with his wife playing cello. Carroll has played at the famed Metro club in Chicago, summer block parties and venues in Bourbonnais, Illinois. His debut full-length, The Love We Found, was fully funded by a Kickstarter campaign in 2014. He cites Marc Broussard, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Van Morrison and James Taylor as major influences.
All Campfire Stars events are complimentary and are included in your stay.
