Missoula, Montana. Home to artists, famous writers and many other creative types—including a wealth of chefs and artisanal food and drink purveyors. So The Resort at Paws Up decided to tap their talents at one fantastic Montana Long Table, complete with a farmers market, live music and lawn games. Paws Up Executive Chef Sunny Jin will take the lead, sharing his commitment to sourcing food from local growers, ranchers and beverage makers. By the time we set out his dishes, overflowing with artisanal baked goods, fresh veggies, sweet cherries and desserts...well, this will be a spread of deliciousness to behold. Spare table leaves, anyone?
Also stunning to behold are the sweeping views of the Blackfoot River, vast stands of pine trees and the sky-kissed mountains beyond. You couldn’t ask for a better al fresco dining location. It’s a great way to meet fellow Paws Up guests and local folks as you enjoy the tunes—live music that, much like our food and beverage purveyors, reflects the uber-friendly culture of Montana.
