With more than 25 years of experience as a pastry chef, Chef Colleen Grapes has lent her considerable talent to the Metropolitan Opera House, Oceana and The Red Cat, and she also served as the corporate pastry chef for the McNally Restaurant Group. She has contributed to numerous cookbooks and magazines as well as radio and television programs. Grapes is passionate about sharing her expertise while giving back to the community—she works with organizations such as SHARE and Streets International in Vietnam.
Grapes is currently an adjunct professor at New York University, and she is forever learning and creating. When she’s off-duty, you’re likely to find her traveling, surfing and looking for the elusive hammerhead shark while scuba diving.
