Previous to her tenure as Paws Up, Chef Amy Nack served as pastry chef at the Little Nell hotel in Aspen and the Hotel Monaco in Portland and as an instructor at the Big Sky Culinary Institute. Along the way, she also sharpened her pastry skills at Portland, Oregon’s much-lauded Red Star Tavern and created scrumptious pastries and desserts at Missoula, Montana’s popular fine-dining restaurant Caffé Dolce.
