Growing up as a farmer’s daughter eating food harvested from her family’s land, Chef Jayne Reichert developed a love of food early on. After training at California Culinary Academy and honing her skills throughout the Bay Area, this passion led her to the Cooking School at Cavallo Point in Sausalito, California. She served as director and chef instructor at the respected institute for eight years. Today, Reichert continues to expand on her 20 years of experience in her beloved Bay Area, working as a chef and culinary educator. With a strong commitment to sustainability and traceability, Reichert lets local and seasonal food guide her menus. On any given day, you’re likely to find her strolling the farmers markets in search of the best looking, smelling and tasting ingredients.
