Chef Felipe Riccio’s knowledge of food and wine is world-class—literally. This talented chef has made his mark on kitchens from Texas and New York to Italy and Spain, training in Michelin-
starred restaurants and learning from acclaimed masters, including Massimo Bottura, the Italian chef behind one of the world’s top-five restaurants. And Riccio isn’t just a genius in the kitchen; he’s also a certified sommelier. In recent years, he’s put down roots in his adopted hometown of Houston, where he’s made a name for himself as Chef/Partner of Goodnight Hospitality.
Riccio oversees the group’s burgeoning culinary empire, which includes Rosie Cannonball, named one of Vogue’s Most Anticipated Restaurants of the Year, as well as Montrose Cheese & Wine, and the new fine dining concept, MARCH, highlighting Riccio’s passion for the Mediterranean.
This August, Felipe Riccio brings his inimitable flair to Montana as part of our Campfire Chefs series. When you come, be sure to bring a Texas-sized appetite to savor his Med-influenced cuisine under the stars at The Resort at Paws Up.
