Born in Korea but raised in the American Midwest, Chef Bill Kim brings these two sensibilities together beautifully in his book Korean BBQ: Master Your Grill in Seven Sauces. An award-winning Chicago-based chef, Kim was among the first to usher in the concept of "fancy" fine dining within a casual setting—and his cooking approach follows suit. In this October edition of our Cookbook Live® series, you’ll learn the tips and stories behind the recipes in a friendly, fun and approachable environment. Kim will demonstrate techniques for his signature Korean-American cooking style, and you’ll also dine on a masterful meal created in a collaboration between Kim and Paws Up’s Executive Chef Sunny Jin.
