Cooking has always come naturally to Chef Danny Fischer. Growing up, his family owned several restaurants, so cooking was an integral part of his childhood. “I’ve been cooking my whole life,” Fischer says. “It was never about just putting sustenance on the table, it was about having fun with the meal and it showed in what we cooked. I strive to emulate that.”
Fischer’s passion for his craft shows in his finished product—Baby Blues BBQ is routinely mentioned as having the best barbecue in the Los Angeles area, and his restaurants nationwide are always packed with barbecue lovers enjoying ribs, chicken, grilled shrimp, sandwiches and too many sides to list. Fischer was recently a guest on the popular television cooking shows For the Win and Hanging with Harris.
