A Winter Weekend to Savor

Winter at Paws Up brings snow-covered landscapes, crackling fires, and a slower pace perfect for gathering and connecting. During WinterFest Winemaker Weekend, guests will enjoy a long weekend centered around exceptional wine, meaningful conversation, and shared experiences in one of Montana’s most beautiful winter settings.

This year’s featured partner, Brooks Wine, is a family-owned, female-led winery from Oregon’s Willamette Valley known for its expressive wines and commitment to biodynamic winemaking. Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy curated tastings, fireside chats, and chef-driven dining experiences exploring the history and craftsmanship of wine in the Pacific Northwest.

Since 2004, Janie Brooks Heuck has led Brooks Winery with a deep commitment to family, community, and the legacy of her brother, founder Jimi Brooks. Under her leadership, Brooks has become one of Oregon’s most respected wineries, known for its expressive wines, warm hospitality, and dedication to biodynamic farming.

Jen Cossey | General Manager

With experience spanning luxury hospitality, wine, and spirits, Jen Cossey brings a thoughtful and guest-focused approach to Brooks Winery. Her background includes leadership roles at Domaine Serene, Simple Matter Spirits, and Yellowstone Club, helping shape the welcoming and hospitality-driven experience Brooks is known for today.
