Every September, during the height of the harvest season, Paws Up welcomes outstanding chefs and guests from around the country to experience the resort’s signature culinary event. This three-day fall foodie weekend features gourmet meals, perfect wine pairings and craft beverages, live local musical performances, and phenomenal outdoor adventures in a setting beyond compare.

Meet the Chefs

This year, Montana’s finest chefs, all acknowledged by the James Beard Foundation, are traveling to Paws Up to showcase their incredible talent. Featured chefs include:

  • Josh Adams, 2025 James Beard Finalist for Best Chef, Campione Roman Kitchen
  • Nick Steen Gullings, Three-time James Beard Award Finalist, Walkers Grill
  • Linda Huang, 2025 James Beard Finalist for Best Chef, Hummingbird Kitchen
  • 2025 James Beard Finalist for Best New Restaurant, The Union

Each chef will bring their finest skills to create a series of unique, elevated dinners. Guests will savor inspired menus, enjoy unforgettable live musical performances, and celebrate the best of Montana’s culinary scene in true festive style.
