Nestled among the pines on a breathtaking island just a 30-minute drive from Paws Up, Island Lodge at Salmon Lake provides access to five picturesque miles of water at the southernmost tip of the Seeley Swan Valley. It’s a private retreat where you can experience a whole host of Montana summer activities, including fishing*, a floating trampoline, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, paddleboats, swimming, pontoon boat tours, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and waterskiing.

Adventure Rates

Early, Late Afternoon, or Evening Excursion:

4-Hour Private Island Use:

8-Hour Private Island Use:

All Island Lodge excursions include meal and beverages

Activity Disclaimer: Catch-and-release fishing is available on Salmon Lake. Spinner rods are provided at the Island Lodge. Fishers can look forward to landing trout (brook, brown, bull and cutthroat), largemouth bass, mountain whitefish, kokanee salmon, yellow perch and northern pike. Individuals ages 11 and under can fish without a license, but those 12 and older need to have a Montana fishing license in their possession to fish. Standard rates for the Island Lodge are for up to 8 people per family and each time slot can have up to 2 families.

Sunset Sips and Fireside Fare

Helping you get your feet wet, the Lodge comes staffed with activity guides, a talented chef, and an island butler. Naturally, fine cuisine is prepared on-site and includes a beverage service with beer, wine, and signature cocktails like our gently spiked blackberry lemonade. Evenings sparkle with sunsets and bonfires.
