Cee Dub, Dutch Oven Master

Artist in Residency: Cee Dub

June 29 - July 5, 2015

Cee Dub Dutch Oven Master

Cee Dub is a master of Dutch oven and camp cooking. His backcountry cuisine is delicious and so are his stories. After gathering ‘round the fire pit to hear the history of Dutch oven cooking, guests can join Cee Dub in preparing a breakfast consisting of a cowboy quiche and sourdough biscuits. Guests can also participate in an iconic Cee Dub Chuck Wagon Dinner, featuring a scenic wagon ride and an epic Dutch oven feast highlighted by prime rib, Crab Rockefeller and fresh berry cobbler. Whether you treat yourself to a cowboy breakfast, a Cee Dub Chuck Wagon outing or a Dutch oven cooking class, you’re guaranteed to leave with a full belly and a panoramic Paws Up smile.

Cee Dub Dutch Oven Master

Cee Dub has had a diverse and adventure-filled career as an outdoorsman, senior conservation officer, truck driver, dude ranch guide, white water raft patroller and bear trapper for Yellowstone National Park. While he served as a patrolman for the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Cee Dub began catering and writing on the side. Eventually, he traded his holster for an apron and is now a full-time chef, author and educator. He has hosted his own cooking show, Dutch Oven & Camp Cooking, on public television and has written three cookbooks with more on the way.
