Welcome to The Resort at Paws Up, a premier Rocky Mountain resort in Montana. The Resort combines luxury with unforgettable adventure on 37,000 acres of untamed Montana wilderness, steeped in Lewis and Clark history. Situated along seven winding miles of the Blackfoot River (of "A River Runs Through It") with sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains, The Resort at Paws Up will become one of the first true small luxury resorts in Montana, when it opens in June 2005. Paws Up boasts more than 100 miles of designated outdoor wilderness adventures. From hiking, mountain biking, horse, and ATV trails to fly-fishing, tubing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and sports clay shooting, The Resort provides non-stop adventure in Montana. Winter at The Resort includes snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling, sleigh rides with ice skating, ice fishing, dog sledding and downhill skiing in the nearby Rocky Mountains. Resort activities like these make Paws Up ideal for both wilderness adventures and ranch vacations alike. With an average of 422 acres per guest, this luxury resort offers accommodations for 80 including 2,400-square-foot private luxury Big Timber Homes, gourmet and casual restaurants, and a full-service spa. Resort rates will begin at $495 per night in season for a two-bedroom home, with a special opening rate of $248 for June 4-Sept. 6, 2005 (see "Room Rates" below). |

Paws Up guests can choose from a variety of private cabins, luxury vacation homes, and even a converted barn, each individually decorated in a western cabin style with furnishings and artwork hand-selected by the owners. The Resort at Paws Up offers four distinct types of luxury resort accommodations for a current maximum of 80 guests: Big Timber HomesThese luxury vacation homes offer spacious accommodations for couples, friends, families, and corporate retreats. Each features a full-length private deck overlooking Paws Up's vast meadows. Big Timber Homes come in three sizes:
Meadow HomesFor couples, friends and families, Paws Up also offers 1,300 square-foot Meadow Homes. These timber duplexes feature two bedrooms and two baths, a full living room and spacious decks with views of the mountains. Sleeps four. Both Big Timber Homes and Meadow Homes offer the following amenities:
BunkhouseThis unique accommodation is a unique spin on a luxury vacation home. It was previously the hayloft of the Paws Up Ranch cattle barn and has been extensively renovated and converted into guest quarters. The Bunkhouse includes a spacious living room, dining room, full kitchen, den with a pool table and big screen TV, enormous bathroom and private laundry room. Communal lodging includes six twin beds in an oversized room – perfect for a bachelorette party or fly-fishing trip with buddies. Sleeps six. Morris HouseBuilt in 1908, this historic home sits next to Elk Creek at the foot of a picturesque mountain. Perfect for large families and corporate retreats, this newly renovated luxury home includes four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full kitchen and living room, and a spacious deck with a hot tub. Sleeps eight. |

Plans call for a spa built along the mountain overlooking Paws Up and featuring eight individual suites, a salon, juice bar, and indigenous Western treatments to rejuvenate the mind and muscles. More details to come in 2005. |

| Saddle Club at Paws Up: |
Paws Up features one of Montana's premier equestrian centers, making it the ideal location for a ranch vacation. The Saddle Club boasts a 23,000-square-foot riding arena, 25-seat VIP suite with a fully stocked bar, 52-stall barn, equestrian showers, impressive tack room and acres of outdoor pasture. Run by experienced trainers and ranch managers, Paws Up actively raises, trains and sells quarter horses and paints. The Saddle Club provides unique ranch vacation experiences by offering private lessons, group rides, tours, horse care lessons and boarding of guests' horses. |

Also based on the Paws Up property is Paws Up Outfitters, offering unforgettable overnight Montana wilderness adventures through the 1.5 million-acre Bob Marshall Wilderness. Paws Up's guides are some of the West's best with decades of experience, colorful personalities and loads of stories to tell. The guides lead horseback pack trips to spectacular sites like the China Wall and the South Fork of the Flathead River. Adventurers can enjoy fly-fishing, bird and wildlife watching, swimming, photography, and spectacular scenery – icy peaks, roaring waterfalls, wildflower-filled meadows and Montana's famous "Big Sky." |

Airport transfers from Missoula are complimentary, and all accommodations come with a Club Car golf cart for transportation around the resort. Paws Up also offers complimentary transportation to the Equestrian Center, Double Arrow Golf Course, and Salmon Lake for Outfitter trips. Guests interested in off-property sightseeing, dining or downhill skiing will want to rent a car. |
