Rate Policies
Traditional nightly rates for each accommodation listed are for two adults (double occupancy) and include three meals per day (Full American Meal Plan) per person. Rate for additional occupancy above two adults is an additional $140 per adult and $85 per child age 4-11 on the Full American Meal Plan. Paws Up offers two reservation options for guests to help them experience the ideal vacation:
1) Build your own experience. Start with the accommodation base price with meals, then add activities and events to create a customized and flexible itinerary.

A two-night minimum is required for stays in the fall, winter and spring. A four-night minimum is required in the summer. Christmas holiday package requires a five-night minimum stay.
Children
Children three years of age or under stay and eat at no charge. Children ages 4 to 11 years of age stay for just $75 per night and includes daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. A litany of age-appropriate activities are available.
Dining
Breakfast and lunch are served in Trough, our casual dining restaurant. For dinner you can choose from gourmet cuisine at Pomp, Trough, chuck wagon dinners by the Blackfoot River or in-home dining. If you are staying in a luxury tent, breakfast and dinner are served at your dining pavilion. There is no dress code at any of our restaurants.
Transportation
Nightly Rate also includes one (1) round-trip airport transfer from/to Missoula (a $150 value) per unit, on-property transportation, snacks, amenities in the accommodation and private access to explore 37,000 acres of Montana mountains, rivers and meadows.
Group Rates

Activities
The Resort at Paws Up offers a vast menu of wilderness adventures that are included in your luxury home or luxury tent rates. Countless a la carte, guided adventures are also available. All activities can be conveniently scheduled for you by our concierge services team. A number of all-inclusive packages are also available.
Pet Policy
Our Pet Package rates are an additional $50 (per night) per pet, payable at the time of reservation. Dogs are welcome at Paws Up in select accommodations. Dogs are not permitted in our tented accommodations. Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less to stay at the Resort. Dogs weighing over 50 pounds, as well as other pets, may be allowed at the Resort upon approval/discretion of the Resort’s General Manager. More details
Fees and Cancellation
An 18% resort fee per night covers all lodging services, meal plan dining, and all service gratuities. Montana's 7% lodging tax will be added to the nightly room rate. Rates are based on availability, subject to change, and are not valid with any other promotion. All reservations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation, we ask for a two-night deposit of your total reservation amount. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your arrival, we will refund your full deposit, less a transaction fee that is 10% of the deposit amount. If you must cancel fewer than 60 days prior to your arrival, your stay is non-refundable. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellation of a portion of the reserved stay, reduction in size of party, or shortening the length of stay. Reservations made inside 60 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
