Rates are based on availability, subject to change and are not valid with any other promotion. All reservations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. To confirm your reservation, a two-night deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. This deposit is refundable, minus a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount, if canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Your full deposit amount is nonrefundable for cancellations made within 60 days prior to your arrival. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for the cancellation of a portion of your reserved stay or a reduction in the size of your party. Reservations made within 60 days prior to arrival must be 100% prepaid at the time of booking. Because of our small size, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy. The Resort at Paws Up highly recommends purchasing trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider.
For reservations of three or more units, a deposit equal to the first two nights of the stay, before tax and resort fees, is required. This deposit is refundable, minus a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount, if canceled at least 90 days prior to your arrival date. We will collect the remaining balance of the reservation 90 days prior to your arrival and at that time the reservation will become nonrefundable and nontransferable. In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation before the 90 days prior to your arrival date, there will be a 20% transaction fee deducted from your deposit amount. If you need to cancel within 90 days of your scheduled arrival, the total dollar amount of your reservation is nonrefundable. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier or arrive later than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for the original reserved room nights of your intended stay.
