Greenough, Montana – February 15, 2012 – The Resort at Paws Up, Montana’s premier luxury ranch resort, has assembled a lineup of extraordinary culinary talents from around the United States for Montana Master Grillers: May 25-28, 2012. The event, sponsored by Wine Enthusiast Magazine and Double R Ranch Co., will feature lunches and dinners prepared by world-class chefs who specialize in grilling and barbeque cooking. Fine wine, bourbon, vodka and specialty beer providers will be pairing their offerings with the featured chefs’ flame-kissed fare.

Five renowned and remarkably talented chefs, Edward Lee from 610 Magnolia in Louisville, Tiffani Faison from Sweet Cheeks in Boston, Guiseppe Tentori from Boka and GT Fish and Oyster in Chicago, and Frank Ostini from The Hitching Post II in California will team up with Paws Up’s executive chef Adam Cooke for this four-day program. Each day, a different featured chef will prepare a lunch and/or dinner menu paired with featured food and beverage suppliers including Three Floyds Brewing Company in Chicago, Hartley Ostini Hitching Post Wines in California, Bourbon Barrel Foods in Louisville, Double R Ranch Co. in Montana and 44 North Vodka in Idaho.

With a selection of luxury home and luxury tent accommodations and 37,000 acres of property to play on – Montana Master Grillers is not a typical culinary weekend event. During the day guests will have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with the chefs and burn calories at the same time by indulging in the variety of wilderness adventures hosted each day on property, including chuck wagon excursions, cattle drives, horseback riding, fly-fishing, floats on the Blackfoot River, sporting clays, ATV riding, hiking and more. By night, they’ll relax in incomparable luxury in some of the finest and most unique dwellings in the West.

The Montana Master Grillers all-inclusive weekend from May 25-28, 2012, is $4,338 per couple for four days, three nights. This rate includes a private home or tent accommodation, three meals daily (including all featured lunches, dinners and alcohol pairings), all scheduled events, three activities of choice (per person), airport transportation to/from Missoula International Airport (MSO), and on-property transportation for two people.
