Greenough, Montana – August 5, 2013 – It’s practically a Bravo Top Chef Reunion! Arguably the signature culinary weekend event at The Resort at Paws Up and the most eagerly anticipated by guests and staff alike, this year the eighth annual Montana Master Chefs will feature the most Top Chefs ever: five winners and popular contestants from past seasons will create an unforgettable epicurean experience for guests in Big Sky country September 26-29, 2013.

Starring alongside the chefs will be masterful winemakers from Napa Valley and Walla Walla including Domaine Carneros, Caymus Vineyards and Three Rivers Winery. A selection of wines from each vineyard will be featured at both lunches and dinners, expertly paired with the unique menu each chef prepares. The premier sponsors for the event are Wine Enthusiast magazine and Jenn-Air luxury kitchen appliances.

In the spotlight for this all-inclusive weekend are five featured Bravo Top Chefs. Dale Levitski (Chicago, IL), both season three Bravo Top Chef star, Paws Up’s Resident Guest Chef from June – October 2013 AND the winner of Montana Master Chefs’ Cook Off Challenge last year will partner with The Resort at Paws Up’s Executive Chef Ben Jones to orchestrate the all-star weekend. Joining the Top Chef alum are season five winner of Top Chef, Hosea Rosenberg (Denver, CO); season three and season 10 contestant Chris “CJ” Jacobsen (Los Angeles, CA); season seven contestant Kelly Liken (Vail, CO) and season 10’s Brooke Williamson (Playa Del Ray, CA). Chef Jones will welcome these chefs to Montana’s culinary bounty and will provide access to his kitchen and talented staff. On the final evening, Chef Jones will also partner with Chef Levitski for the featured dinner menu.

When guests are giving their taste buds a chance to rest they will take part in unique events and activities alongside the chefs and winemakers – from the lighthearted Iron Chef/Top Chef-esque ‘quick fire’ demos to foraging hikes, horseback or ATV excursions or simply relaxing with a spa treatment. After a day full of gourmet food, wine and wilderness, a luxury home or tent will await.

Montana Master Chefs weekend is held September 26-29, 2013. All-inclusive rates start at $5,555 per couple for four days, three nights. This includes a private home or tent accommodation, three meals daily for two adults (including breakfast, all featured lunches, multi-course dinners and wine pairings), all scheduled events, three activities of choice (per person), airport transportation to/from Missoula International Airport (MSO), and on-property transportation.
