Cee Dub's Chuck Wagon

At 5:30 pm, you’ll board our iconic western horse-drawn wagon and be transported to the banks of the Blackfoot River where our authentic Chuck Wagon camp resides. Here you’ll be greeted by Cee Dub, who’ll share a few stories from the backcountry and the history behind Dutch oven and camp cooking. You’ll then gather around the cooking site and watch Cee Dub prepare a Dutch oven feast for supper. Dinner will be highlighted by such main dishes as prime rib, Crab Rockefeller, or a simple cowboy stew. In addition, Cee Dub will fix tasty appetizers like Dutch oven nachos and buffalo wings. Veggie side dishes, Dutch oven sourdough bread and a fresh berry cobbler will also adorn the menu.
Cee Dub is a native of Montana and has appeared on the Today Show and written the definitive cookbook on dutch oven cooking for home and campfire.
