The following Upper Crust Pie Camp Counselors will be assisting Kate McDermott during the Pie Workshops at Upper Crust:
Bravo Top Chef Robin Leventhal (Season 6/pastry chef): Robin’s Pacific Northwest roots are the foundation of her cooking, which is accented by the flavors of her world travels.
Paws Up Executive Chef, Adam Cooke: Chef Adam attended the New England Culinary Institute and graduated with honors before Tennessee’s Blackberry Farm discovered him. He later became the executive chef of The Barn – Blackberry Farm’s renowned fine-dining restaurant. His accolades include Grand Chef Relais Chateaux and The James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Contribution Award.
Paws Up Executive Sous Chef, Adjryche Channing: Chef Adjryche's experience includes Montage Laguna Beach under Chef Richard Ruskell and Blackberry Farm. He specializes in unique pastry creation.
