The Chef

Executive Chef Ben has experience with Montana’s best local game and fresh seafood through his recent position as the Executive Chef at Missoula’s Blue Canyon Restaurant and the Missoula Conference Center. Chef Ben was also the Banquet Chef for the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago. He is used to putting out quality gourmet food for a crowd and oversees the culinary operation at Paws Up which includes two restaurants, five dining pavilions within the luxury tented camps and a variety of outdoor dining venues. Chef Jones also acts as the host chef for our culinary events.
