Montana Long Table

Montana Long Table is a very special once-in-a-lifetime, one-night culinary adventure exclusively for the guests of The Resort at Paws Up that will take place on July 21, 2012. A single long table will be set up in our gorgeous grazing pasture just north of the iconic Cook Shack.
Montana Long Table at Paws Up pays homage to the people of Montana who bring our nourishment to the table and explore the indigenous tastes and flavors of the region. You'll dine and socialize with the very ranchers, farmers and food artisans that will be contributing to this celebration of Montana's vast culinary resources.
