Montana Long Table
A Celebration of Montana's Culinary Resources
June 21, 2014
On June 21, a single long table will be set up in our gorgeous grazing pasture just north of the iconic Cook Shack. You’ll enjoy panoramic views of the lush green meadows, pastures and mountains that surround our 37,000 acres, as well as spectacular scenery on your plate, with creative dishes prepared by our chef using ingredients that are indigenous to Big Sky Country.
The Farmer's Market
Before dinner, participate in a true Montana Farmer’s Market. You’ll rub shoulders with the very purveyors who are contributing to the meal and learn about their heritage and passion for producing high-quality foodstuffs and beverages. Entertainment as well as food and beverage sampling will take place during this unique event.
