All Day: Arrivals into Missoula and complimentary transportation to The Resort at Paws Up
6:30pm - 7:30pm: Welcome reception featuring Taylor Shellfish and Domaine Carneros
7:30pm - 10:00pm: Five-course dinner by Bravo Top Chefs Brooke Williamson and Kelly Liken with wine pairings by Sokol Blosser Winery
10:00pm - Midnight: Stars at Night Concert by Seth Bradley

7:00am - 10:00am: Breakfast at leisure in Trough or Camp Dining Pavilions for luxury camp guests
8:30am - 5:00pm: Trunk Show at Paws Up General Store featuring Love Heals Jewelry, Dian Malouf Jewelry, Old Gringo Boots and Behring Made Knives. Complimentary mimosas, wine and charcuterie.
Various Morning Times Morning wilderness and ranch adventures with chefs and featured participants Morning Adventure, choice of (must be scheduled in advance):
  • Horseback riding (9:00am - 10:00am)
  • Horseback riding (10:00am - 11:00am)
  • Cattle drive (9:00am – Noon. Additional charge of $100 per person.)
  • Fly-fishing (8:00am – Noon. Additional charge for Montana fishing license.)
  • Sporting clays (9:00am – Noon)
  • Rappel adventure (9:00am – 11:00am)
  • Garnet ghost town tour (9:00am – 11:30am)
  • Mountain biking (9:00am – Noon)

*Note that the MMC Package Price includes up to three activities per person. Charges will apply for anything in excess of three activities per person.
4:30pm - 6:30pm The Annual Top Chef Cook-Off Challenge in the Lewis & Clark Reception Barn. Don’t miss this exciting event. This year’s challenge will feature Top Chefs Elizabeth Binder, Kelly Liken and Brooke Williamson. Local artisan beers and snacks from Montana will be available throughout the challenge.
