Dale Levitski's Secret Dining Society Announces "The Last Best Supper"

On September 1, 2013, Paws Up’s Resident Guest Chef, Dale Levitski, will prepare "The Last Best Supper" – an exclusive five-course dinner. Dale will not only pull from his vast experience with Chicago restaurants, “Sprout” and “Frog n Snail,” but also the agricultural bounty of Montana. Dale will attend the Missoula Farmer's Market on Saturday, August 24 to receive "market inspiration" for this special tasting menu. Of course, expert wine pairings will come from the Resort's award-winning wine list.
