Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors and western Montana
  • Maintain high level of customer service with guests and employees
  • Communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
  • A team player who is willing to cross-train with other departments
  • Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work all days of the week including weekends and holidays. We are looking for people who can commit throughout the summer (through end of August beginning of September).

Other Qualifications

  • Must be willing to submit to a background check
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors with uneven terrain hills, debris on trails and occasional inclement weather spread over several acres
  • Some positions may require state licenses or certificates

Compensation and Seasonal Privileges

  • We offer a competitive base pay and a seasonal bonus. We are committed to providing our employees a safe and fun working environment so we expect the same from our employees. Bonus payouts are contingent upon the fulfillment of your time commitment at the time of hire.
