Benefits
Carpool Incentives: Paws Up offers a $10.00 per day carpool reimbursement for any employee that volunteers to drive a carpool from Seeley Lake or Missoula. Carpools must register with HR Dept and fill out a carpool reimbursement form with the name and signature of at least one passenger per day.
Employee Shuttles from Missoula: Complimentary daily shuttles to Paws Up from Missoula are available each day. See Human Resources for pickup spots and times.
Housing: Limited on-property housing is available for seasonal employees. Paws Up will also provide information and contacts for other housing options in Potomac, Seeley Lake and Missoula. Please inquire at Human Resources for availability and options. Employees are encouraged to provide their own transportation when utilizing on-property housing.
Resort Activities: Employees are encouraged to experience and participate in resort activities . Complimentary employee-only activities will be offered by the resort at various times during the year. Employee and immediate family are also offered a 50% discount on all regular activities when staying at the resort. Employees, immediate family of employees, and guests of employees must abide by established age and safety rules for all activities.
Lodging: 50% discount (must be below 75% occupancy, with prior approval from Division Head).
Dining: 50% discount for 1 meal per month for up to 4 people (reservation request must be pre-approved by Division Head) Employee will be expected to pay for gratuities and alcohol.
Retail: 35% discount for non-food items offered in the retail shops.
Grooming Standards
The Resort at Paws Up is a professional organization and we strive to reflect this in our appearance. Employees should determine what is suitable attire by considering the business casual guidelines below. Please keep in mind that you can be casual and look professional at the same time.
Dress Code and Personal Appearance: In a business casual dress workplace, like Paws Up Ranch, it is important to consider your professional image as well at the image of your department and our company. A professional appearance is essential to favorable impression with customers. Good grooming and appropriate dress reflect employee pride and inspire customer/guest confidence. Therefore, when meeting a guest, customer, vendor or other business associates you are expected to dress appropriately.
Business Casual Guidelines: This is not an all-inclusive list so please use good judgment when selecting attire and if in doubt, consult your manager. In addition to these clothing guidelines, employees are expected to exhibit good personal hygiene habits. Jewelry should not be excessive, this includes multiple piercing. Paws Up considers ear piercing (two per ear) the only acceptable public display for pierced jewelry. Clothing must cover all tattoos if one s position brings them in contact with Paws Up guests.
Uniforms
Outside Team Members: The Resort at Paws Up will provide a uniform including a coat or vest, short-sleeve and/or long-sleeve shirts and hat. Employees must provide their own boots and pants.
Inside Team Members: The Resort at Paws Up will provide uniform requirements according to specific positions. Employees must adhere to the resort dress code at all times.
