The concierge team works with guests prior to their arrival to provide a transcendent guest experience. Each concierge plans guest schedules prior to arrival. By reaching out to all our guests in advance, we can plan their activities, dinner reservations, transportation and special needs well in advance. Once on property, the concierge team checks in with their guests each day to ensure that their experience is progressing in a positive direction for the duration of their stay.

Essential Job Functions:

Licensure/Permits Required:
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent guest service skills
Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
Attention to detail.
Well developed knowledge of the resort as well as the region.

Knowledge of Computer Hardware or Software:
Excellent computer knowledge and keyboard skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Training in Maestro PMS
Use of Internet as a tool

Previous Experience Required:
Customer service or hospitality experience helpful
HS diploma, college degree preferred

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to repeatedly carry 70 lbs 150 feet, up and down stairs, in hot weather.
Must be able to repeatedly lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to periodically run short distances.
